We Ship WORLDWIDE (Except for some countries in a war like Syria, Yemen). Where ever you are in the world we will get your order to you! At the same time, our International Shipping Fee is the lowest around.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery dates depend on location and are typically scheduled to arrive 1 week after an order has shipped.

Shipping to the US/UK

Online orders placed with "Standard Insured Shipping" may take up to 3-7 days to process before shipping from our warehouse (Excludes weekend). Estimated delivery dates depend on location and are typically scheduled to arrive 1 week after an order has shipped.

Shipping to other countries

Online orders placed with "Standard Insured Shipping" may take up to 3-7 days to process before shipping from our warehouse (Excludes Weekend). Estimated delivery dates depend on location, normally take around 2-4 weeks.

*Some International destinations may take longer than 8 weeks (BRAZIL, ARGENTINA, SOUTH AFRICA, MEXICO, KUWAIT, SAUDI ARABIA, COSTA RICA, TURKEY). Please make sure you plan accordingly. These destinations have customs and clearing process that takes a while longer.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Most orders are generally dispatched within 24 hrs (Excludes Sunday), sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us on LumaLeggings@gmail.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 2 to 4 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

If your product is damaged then please take photos and a video, send them to

LumaLeggings@gmail.com. We will arrange a new shipment in 24 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packagings. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We always try our best to cancel your order, however, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us within the first 3 hours of your order being placed. Usually, orders start the processing process within the first 3 hours of your order being submitted. We will try our best to accommodate any changes if your order hasn't already started processing. Once your order has started processing we will not be able to change the order.

 

My order is still not here please help?

If you order has taken longer than 75 days (For Brazil and South Africa is 105 days) from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We will arrange a new shipment using a different courier company.

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.

If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (90 business days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

    • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
    • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of jewel dripped (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
    • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Jewel Dripped

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (90 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to our Contact Us popup in the bottom right corner or emailing us at LumaLeggings@gmail.com.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

 

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.

 

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at LumaLeggings@gmail.com for an update on your tracking.

If you're tracking says “pending” or updating, don't worry, please check back between 1-3 days for it to be updated and showing its location.
